I am a dual certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Registered Clinical Counsellor with a strong background in helping professions.

I specialize in neurodivergent affirming counselling and counselling parents of neurodivergent children, youth or adults. I also specialize in anxiety, child, tween and teen counselling, ADHD, autism, parenting support, teen parenting, life transitions, trauma, relationships, social emotional skill development, anger management, self esteem and more.

Counselling is something that has come up a number of times in my life. Finding that I was struggling to work through themes or big feelings or past events that continued to come up seemed to mean that what I was doing wasn’t working.
